Pope Francis: Our Moral Imperative to Act on Climate Change and 3 Steps We Can Take:   On Oct 10, Pope Francis gave a TED talk as part of a global initiative to champion and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis.  He proposed three steps – “education in the care of the common home… focus on water and nutrition…a gradual, but immediate, replacement of fossil fuels with clean energy sources. The Carlington Community Chaplaincy is in need of a fridge in working order.  The Chaplaincy is no longer getting food for the breakfast program from the Food Bank, so more cold storage space is needed to store yogurt and cheese to avoid having to travel more often to Wholesale Club to pick up food.
