Each day people appear in court following a period in detention at one of our provincial jails. Many are released without adequate clothing for the season. In conjunction with the Ottawa Police the Knights of Columbus are collecting the following items.
Large Size Men’s Coats
Large Size Men’s toques and gloves.
Sweatpants and hoodies.
All items may be left on the coat rack in the Narthex. A member of the Knights will coordinate with the Ottawa Police to arrange for delivery.
This is a continuation of the project from last year and the support by the members of the parish community was outstanding. Thank you again for your ongoing support for this Project.
